Abstract

While working at the Eastern Florida State College Library and interacting with patrons I have gained insight for the areas which can be altered to improve our patrons’ experiences. I decided to apply the skills I’ve gained through my higher education experience to step outside of my current role at the Eastern Florida State College library, to improve the library’s signage.

The goal is to make the library more accessible and easier for patrons to use, promoting more book loans and encourage students to use library services.
