Policies for MDS/BAS 495 Undergraduate Capstone Projects
Who Can Submit
The MDS/BAS 495 Undergraduate Capstone Projects collection only publishes final student materials conducted within the MDS and BAS 495 courses. For additional information, please read the submission guidelines for this specific collection. If you have further questions please contact the system administrator at Scholarworks@boisestate.edu.
Open Access Repository
Works are submitted with the understanding that they are to be housed within the repository in perpetuity. Requests to update or possibly remove a document from public view should be sent to the system administrator at Scholarworks@boisestate.edu. Please be aware that if a decision is made to remove the document from public view that an abstract record and citation to the original work will always remain on the site.
Once a submission is made, authors have a limited window of time to adjust their submissions prior to them becoming publicly available on the site; therefore, please be sure that the document(s) are ready for public distribution before submitting.
If a submission is determined to be missing information or adjustments are needed either to the information submitted or to the attached document(s), an editor will send a message regarding what is needed before the submission can be fully accepted.
Rights and Permissions
Before submitting materials to the repository, please make sure all necessary permissions have been cleared (i.e. interviewee's approval for public display, reuse of materials with presentations, etc.) You retain the copyright to your paper and grant the ScholarWorks repository the nonexclusive right to publish this material, meaning that you may also publish it elsewhere.
It is necessary that you agree to the terms of publishing in the repository listed in the author agreement provided at the time of submission.
