Abstract

Leveling Up: Enhancing Visibility and Community Engagement for MTCHS Esports is a comprehensive initiative aimed at expanding awareness and engagement with the high school's esports program. Focused on leveraging digital platforms and innovative marketing strategies, the project seeks to reach a broader audience, including students, parents, and potential sponsors. The rationale behind the project lies in the growing significance of esports as both an extracurricular activity and a potential career path for students. By combining competitive gaming, social media marketing, and event management, the project addresses the challenge of fostering a sense of community around esports within the school. The goal is not only to increase participation in the esports program but also to position MTCHS as a hub for competitive gaming and digital sportsmanship
