Abstract

My Capstone project is in the form of a video presentation. I wanted to improve the lives of the people in my community as well as those who have access to watch videos that I had created regarding improving their dogs’ behaviors. I have seen people struggle not only with training their dogs, but also feeling lost as many cannot afford professional training for their dog.

I have extensive experience with dogs. I was a military K9 handler, I have trained service dogs, and I am currently a K9 handler for a Sheriff’s Office in Georgia. Big or small, I have trained them all. I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with people who are having behavior issues with their dogs so that they do not feel the need to rehome, abandon, or give up on their dogs.
