Abstract
Examines the issue of college students finding employment after graduation. Investigates the disconnect that exists between employers and job candidates, and why each have a different understanding of the situation. Provides job-seeking graduates and employers a big picture view of the situation and provides solutions to help bridge the gap between the two parties for more productive interactions.
