Abstract
This project identifies the lack of neurodiversity accessibility present at a local library in Idaho. This project attempts to dismantle barriers that previously barred neurodivergent patrons and their families from experiencing the full services of the local library. This is addressed by creating a library tour program, installing a sensory wall, and a proposal for sensory friendly browsing hours. These programs and services were implemented successfully, and had a positive impact on the local neurodiverse community.
