Research presentation pertaining to emotional intelligence's importance to productivity and efficiency in the workplace. This presentation gives an overview of how emotional intelligence plays a key role in how a business function effectively and how it improves the working environment for employees, owners, and other stakeholders. It is merely an insight into what emotional intelligence is and how it can be effective.
