Abstract

I created a donation drive through Idaho Ice World to collect hockey gear for Veterans. The main purpose of my project was to give veterans with PTSD a healthy alternative to alcohol and substance abuse. For seven weeks I collected gear so veterans could try hockey for free. I serve in the military and have suffered from PTSD. I used hockey and healthy exercise to overcome my PTSD. I created this project so I could help other veterans find a healthy alternative.
