Abstract

This presentation covers the inspiration and overall project summary for creating a workshop schedule and planning an annual Magic Valley Library Services regional conference held April 2024. The presentation includes the processes that were used to combine the elements of Innovative Approach, Emotional Intelligence, Creative Thinking, and Innovative Solutions. Results were measured through subjective methods from stakeholders and data was collected through one formal questionnaire and two informal interviews. The presentation concludes with an overview of the anticipated results prior to beginning the project, the actual results, and what could have been done differently if possible.
