Abstract
Creating an Inclusive Culture Guide is an authentic and customized outline for what an inclusive culture is, the data, the why and the call to action. This guide is simple, easy to read and uses real employee feedback in different titles and geographic locations to enable people to practice and utilize with no pre-work. This guide when used will help increase employee productivity, innovation and benefit the company by exceeding financial targets.
