Abstract

Resources for foster parents are few and far between and are not very well communicated within the foster care community. This has led to foster parents struggling to afford the children placed in their homes, and ultimately, resulted in foster parents who have chosen not to continue fostering due to the added stress. Additionally, this had led to an overburdened Department of Health and Welfare, struggling to provide for all of these children. This project focused on compiling and presenting resources to meet physical needs such as food, clothing, etc... into one easily distributed and accessible digital brochure.
