Abstract

My capstone project focuses on the importance of employee safety in the workplace. Employers must set standards around safety, and employees have responsibilities to not only follow these guidelines but also to look out for new and potential risks. A safety program and an injury and incident reporting plan can reduce confusion when it comes to who is responsible for what and how processes should be reported.
