Abstract
My project was a professional action document. I have created an Aviation Student Handbook to help guide staff and students through the complexities of applying, enrolling, and being successful in Treasure Valley Community College Aviation programs. In addition, it places college standard statements, instructions for changing degrees or programs, instructions for withdrawal and refund requests and student resources in one place. It identifies a process for Student Success Plans when a student struggles. It also gives a pathway for students who leave the program to request re-entry and guides staff through those steps.
