My idea of the project process is in the form of some research. K. 2015. . I have also had a sitting-down conversation with my boss. She worked in management for eight years and was able to provide me with tips after training and feedback for me. I also need to make sure that every employee is suitable for my team. Know their strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on those, I will also speak to my employees about the struggle they had before and how they overcame and I should go over and deeply some of the procedures while in the training. This project has something to do with how all the employees form a group. During the training, I will let new employees learn, and when they can handle knowledge, they can practice it. I will follow up their struggle and let them work together with other employees. The goal of this project is to propose a training plan that is suitable for most people who come to work. In order to evaluate me, my goal is to get feedback from my boss, new employees and former employees. At the same time, I will reflect on myself after the day of training to make adjustments.
