Abstract
My idea of the project process is in the form of some research. An example is that, according to MATSUDAIRA, the author once said, "When you enter the management, you leave that straight line; Instead, your role is to guide, motivate and guide your team to do the work, while you keep in touch with the big picture vision/strategy and make it easier for your team to complete the task "(MATSUDAIRA, k. 2019). The research and exchange of contemporary and cutting-edge resources/ideas with stakeholders. "being able to be in an interactive process, the leader's role influences stakeholders to complete project tasks within a given project situation to achieve project objectives" (Ssegawa, j. K. 2015. . I have also had a sitting-down conversation with my boss. She worked in management for eight years and was able to provide me with tips after training and feedback for me. I also need to make sure that every employee is suitable for my team. Know their strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on those, I will also speak to my employees about the struggle they had before and how they overcame and I should go over and deeply some of the procedures while in the training. This project has something to do with how all the employees form a group. During the training, I will let new employees learn, and when they can handle knowledge, they can practice it. I will follow up their struggle and let them work together with other employees. The goal of this project is to propose a training plan that is suitable for most people who come to work. In order to evaluate me, my goal is to get feedback from my boss, new employees and former employees. At the same time, I will reflect on myself after the day of training to make adjustments.
