Abstract
The "one size fits all" approach does not apply to today's workforce. There are five different generations working together, meaning there are many different approaches to work. Team members must be up to par on emotional intelligence to value each other. Once a team learns each other's strengths, they can begin to foster a healthy work environment. This leads to more innovation within the team. This project aims to promote the benefits of an intergenerational workforce so that each generation can learn to adjust and contribute to team cohesiveness instead of only surface working together.
