Abstract

In this presentation I talk about the research I did when trying to motivate two underperformers in my workplace. I work with the supervisors of those two individuals and apply different techniques from my research to see if their drive to be better performing workers is increased. I also work with the underperformers' co-workers (peers) to get the blunt truth about their motivation and reaction.
