Abstract
The chapter provides an overview of some key models exploring organizational and national cultures. The aim is to help workplace learning and development practitioners incorporate an understanding of the impact of culture into their work, particularly into the design of learning materials. In doing so, we pull together a disparate collection of thinking on culture that has until now been dispersed across literature.
