Policies for 2022 Graduate Student Showcase

Who Can Submit

The 2022 Graduate Student Showcase collection only publishes final student presentation materials presented at Boise State's annual Graduate Student Showcase. The creation of an abstract record and the inclusion of any materials therein must be approved by faculty members on the project. Removal

Works are submitted with the understanding that they are to be housed within the repository in perpetuity. Requests to update or possibly remove a document from public view should be sent to Scholarworks@boisestate.edu.

Author Review

Once a submission is made, authors have a limited window of time to adjust their submissions prior to them becoming publicly available on the site; therefore, please be sure that the document(s) are ready for public distribution before submitting.

If a submission is determined to be missing information or adjustments are needed, either to the information submitted or to the attached document(s), you will receive an email message regarding what is required before the submission can be fully accepted.

Rights and Permissions

Before submitting materials to the repository, please make sure all necessary permissions have been cleared (ex. interviewee's approval for public display, reuse of materials with presentations, faculty permission) You retain the copyright to your work and grant the ScholarWorks repository the nonexclusive right to publish this material, meaning that you may also publish it elsewhere.

It is necessary that you agree to the terms of publishing in the repository listed in the author agreement provided at the time of submission.
