Abstract
Not all students have equal access, based on location and socioeconomic status, to the same resources. This clustering by location may create a disparity in children's knowledge of physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption and their benefits. Research shows that physical activity and healthy diet reduces the risk of developing many types of cancers. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a significant difference in children's knowledge that activity levels and consumption of fruits and vegetables can affect their risk of cancer based on the schools geographic location, prior to implementing the HHHU program.
