Abstract
Discussion around climate change has always revolved around the cold, hard facts. But is it time for a change? It’s time to focus more on the people that it affects, and decide where to go from there. Henderson’s and Wamsler’s paper “New stories for a more conscious, sustainable society: Claiming authorship of the climate story” asserts that humans have always used stories to explain the world around them. It’s hard for most people to understand the dire situation at hand. The Climate Stories project seeks to collect first-hand accounts on the effects of climate change to shift how it’s understood.
