Abstract
The following short story collection was created in my time spent in the MFA program at Boise State University. These stories illustrate my interest in form, whether linear or modular, and, in terms of content, the exploration of how past events shape and color time-now narrators and present events. Many of these stories are concerned with loss, and more specificially, what happens after something or someone is lost. I'm interested in characters that struggle with how to move through the world, in characters that are perceptive enough to understand things about the world, but are simultaneously baffled by it all.
