Abstract

My capstone project researched a number of complex UX related programs in my workplace and distilled them into a digestible format, organized in a high-level infographic that helps internal audiences understand and select the appropriate program at the right time. The result showed 32% improved understanding for the direct team. In addition, the material has been circulated and requested more broadly, having impact for broader teams, the accounts those teams work with, and the customers that those accounts serve.
