Abstract
Experiencing change as an adult can be difficult and as adults, we have coping mechanisms to help us through those changes whether they are unexpected or not. Children all go through a change when they are transitioning throughout school. Whether they move locations or move on to elementary or middle school a “change takes place”. I have written a children’s book to help those children transition, giving them a book that they can relate to and also giving parents tips and tricks on how to help their children.
