Developing an Outreach Program for New Talent Acquisition in the Water Industry

For my capstone project, I developed an innovative strategy to improve outreach programs at my workplace to find new talented applicants. I worked with stakeholders and developed a poster presentation for a job and career fair to present the water industry to young professionals entering their post-high school careers. Tapping into this new pool required a unique presentation using technology displays, development of a poster and handouts, and personal engagement with attendees. Ideas from this project will be used to develop a long-term outreach strategy at my workplace.
