Abstract

The purpose of my Capstone Project is to increase the effectiveness and attendance of my HOA community. We currently have a bevy of issues that affect all stakeholders but the biggest step to addressing the multiple issues is to recruit move involvement in the discussions. By leveraging technological resources, persuasive letter writing, voluntary attendance myself, and proactive suggestions/actions, my goal was to help promote a safer, united, and friendly HOA community here at the Landmarque.
