Abstract
The article discusses corporate governance and innovations in business. Corporate governance is impacted by different factors such as risk profiles and diverse interests with management and shareholders as well as capital markets and managerial talent. In order to control risk management makes decisions to regulate research and development projects, shareholders' rights, and innovations. Innovations are different from inventions, both of which are effected by shareholder rights in technology-based firms.
