Abstract

With a proper understanding of corporate social responsibility, legal counsel can provide invaluable aid in helping the client to gain and/or retain their competitive business advantage in a highly competitive global environment. Anticipating and understanding the emerging standards exemplified by the International Organization for Standardization ("ISO") initiative can help.
