When Boise State University adopted a one-referral standard as part of a strategic planning initiative, Albertsons Library was determined to meet and exceed the bar. But with 40 to 50 student employees and 58 permanent staff working throughout the Library, was it really possible to follow through on every referral and meet every patron need?
