Abstract
Developing field methods to accurately and precisely record and collect data in the Badger Fire affected area has been the main focus of this study. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles was a major component to making this research efficient and less time consuming than traditional methods may have produced. With the advancement of drones and GPS systems, the accessibility to historically difficult field locations have been considerably mitigated and has made the transfer of this data to other programs significantly less complicated.
