Abstract
My work examines the relationship humans have with the environment, specifically through our manufactured and mediated spaces that exist to provide a natural space for consumerist ventures. These endeavors include commercial and government developments, as well as the peripheral constructions and manifestations that accompany these formations. These developments include, but are not limited to national parks, farmland, commercial developments, and other physical mediations created to offer visitors opportunities of entertainment, spectacle, and contemplation.
