Abstract
Housing First is used in Idaho within the US Department Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care (CoC). This is a qualitative examination of services within the Continuum of Care and the efficacy of Housing First for those that are experiencing homelessness in Idaho. Interviews from local agencies that serve those that are experiencing homelessness gives a snapshot of what housing looks like in a community with a housing crisis for those that are most vulnerable.
