Abstract
The goal of the project was to research Boise’s glass recycling program and to explore problems that surround the topic while addressing possible solutions to the scenario. Through research of available data and history, we found that there are and have been inefficiencies with Boise’s recycling efforts. While Boise is making its way toward reducing waste, we recommend the addition of a bottle bill that has proven effective in meeting recycling goals in other states.
