Reminiscent of a shipwreck on a grassy shore, this homesteader’s hay barn stood for 100 years overlooking Lake Fork Creek. It collapsed about a week after the turn of the 21st century under the weight of water-soaked snow and abandoned hay. An early morning, early winter scene. Valley County, ID.
