Abstract
I wanted to create another option for students who do not wish to go to college after high school for whatever reason they have. I was in the staffing industry for three years and know there are opportunities for kids. Students have free periods during the day which they do not use effectively. I recommended using those hours to have kids go work at manufacturing plants and pick up useful trades. It evolved to something greater and the community was great. In helping out.
