Abstract

In this paper, I will highlight the key fundamental issue affecting the incorporation of African refugees here in North America in accessing higher education, Employment success, and social integration success that they are all tangled in a very complex web of politic of privatization, historical elitism, lack of cultural knowledge that I call lack of cultural intelligence, historical racism, and historical anti-refugee stance.

So, I argue that the privatization of Higher education undermines the incorporation or success of African refugees through vocalization, elitism, lack of cultural knowledge or cultural intelligence, racism, and anti-refugee stance.

For me to get an answer to answer to my question I must investigate the students at Boise State University attitude toward the incorporation of African refugees into the community.
