Abstract
For this project, I collected research on how exactly to lessen conflict in the workplace. I basically wanted to try to find solutions that employees could use in their own workplace to lessen the number of conflicts that may happen between coworkers. I gathered research and data online, and then took that and created a training to present to my coworkers at my current job. Once I presented it to them, I had them fill out a survey that helped me gather the knowledge they had already known, their own past experiences, and things that were and weren't useful to them that I had in the training. Once I had that data, I compared it to the data I had learned from articles online and then chose the best solutions possible that would be more effective for a workplace environment.
