Abstract

My Capstone project was a staff training that was created and conducted in order to bridge the gap between knowledge and policy. This training was focused on providing an in-depth understanding of the requirements that public agencies are under and how employees can actively participate in upholding those requirements. It was a way to provide information, resources, and support for new staff and a great refresher course for other employees.
