Abstract

The article presents views of several scholars representing the field of organizational science including Madhu Beriwal, Anthony Marker and Roger Kaufman on educational technology and work regarding workplace performances and organizational behavior. According to Beriwal, customer loyalty is the major area of concern to improve organizational performance. It mentions Marker who reflected on consumer manipulation and also presents views of Kaufman.
