He’s been a politician, a university president and chair of Illinois’ Board of Higher Education. Bob Kustra (below) can now add Boise State president to the list. His appointment as the university’s sixth chief executive marks the start of a new era for Boise State. His experience will serve him well in facing the challenges of both a shrinking budget and an increase in demand for services.
