Information
The purpose is to document the Special Olympics and its interactions with rural Idaho; the town of Horseshoe Bend. I will highlight the torch and runners coming down Highway 55 and the gathering in the high school gym afterward. I will show clips of the Special Olympians in competition on the slopes of Bogus Basin Ski Resort, and their interactions with the spectators. I will also highlight the awards ceremony. This film will act as a means to show the general public how the Special Olympians touch our hearts.
