Abstract
Service Project Purpose Work with a refugee family on a weekly basis to develop skills, understanding, and confidence in their job search process. Help with the acculturation process through rapport building, exploration of Boise, and of cultural norms. Learning goals Learn the relationship of multicultural social values, issues and ethical concerns to career life planning and decision making. Learn to be reflective of cross-cultural and multicultural dynamics at play as you work with your family. Work diligently to provide guidance, training, and information to various needs of your family. (30 Hrs.)
