Abstract

At the AARC's annual meeting last year, several respiratory care program educators got together and discussed faculty salaries. Most of us wondered whether a national standard of salary exists, as well as what kinds of qualifications determine a particular salary level. At that time, we decided to perform a survey. This article reviews some of the survey's findings.
