The International Journal of Undergraduate Community Engagement (IJUCE) is a multi-disciplinary Open Access journal published semiannually and is available online. This journal is committed to undergraduate and community college students that are involved in undergraduate research and/or community engagement. Students are encouraged to submit scholarly writing and original artifacts that focus on community service, service-learning, and other community-engaged activities and projects.

"Monica Barrios is a Digital Media student at the College of Southern Idaho. She was born and raised in Mexico, and moved to Twin Falls, Idaho in May 2015. She's working hard to graduate in Spring of 2018, and establish herself in the field."
