Abstract
Idaho Scholar Talks: “Ha Ha Hamlet: Parodies, Pop-Culture, and the Prince of Denmark” by Dr. Matt Hansen (Boise State University) at the Yanke Research Family Park. Dr. Hansen hosts an engaging and interactive discussion of “Parodic Hamlets,” including an array of pop-culture references to and parodies of Hamlet and, in particular, the play’s iconic “To be or not to be” soliloquy — the page featured in First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare.
