Mentor Teachers Share Views on NCLB Implementation

Abstract

The article provides information on the results of a survey on the views of mentor teachers on the implementation of the No Child Left Behind Policy in the U.S. It was found that the teachers felt increased pressure to improve standardized test scores of students. It states that the job satisfaction among teachers has decreased.
