Sara Hidalgo
Description
Sara Hidalgo García is an historian and currently PhD candidate at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Her research interest is the formation of class consciousness at the end of 19th century in the Basque Country, where she is from, and where she began her doctoral studies. She has found that when approaching the historical process, emotion plays a key role in historical analysis. She has expanded her studies to include several months researching at Duke University (USA). Currently she is awaiting her doctoral thesis defense.
